About: Gary signed for the club in July 2005. The fullback offered pace and the ability to always get a toe in, even when his opponent seemed to be clear. 'Gaz' helped the club to promotion into the premier division of East of Scotland football, he now plys his trade with his home town club, Kelso United. He will be fondly remembered as 'Ace Ventura'!

Best player played with: Darren Gillon

Best opponent: Kevin Thomas (Edinburgh Athletic)

Scottish Cup: Defeats against Selkirk (2005) and Hawick Royal Albert (2006) in 2nd Qualifying round

Strengths: Pace, fitness, tackling

Weakness: Touch

Superstitions: n/a

Dressing room comic: Michael Brown will always be remembered as a 'dressing room comic' - one of the most hyper personalities that I have ever come across!

Memories/stories: Our win at Tynecastle to seal promotion was important, especially when we seemed to stumble over the finish line. The 9 - 1 victory over Kelso Utd in the derby match is also one that will stick in the memory.

Best goal scored: That volley one Monday night at training...!

Where are they now: Gary now plays his football at Kelso United after leaving the club in the summer of 2007.
